Interpreter Bookings
- Patients with interpreter bookings should be seen as a priority rather than appointment time/ check-in time
- The interpreters booked for these appointments are also kept waiting if there are delays
- Therefore patients with interpreter bookings should be seen as a priority and earlier than patients without interpreter bookings regardless of appointment time/ check-in time
- Patients with interpreter bookings are flagged on ambulatory organiser on EMR & also with the green notifications on the Patient Bradmas sheets
