The Operative Template is a function that is being developed within our Sunray Audit system that will allow us to capture detailed information about the operations we perform in the unit. This will allow for greater audit of our own operating, provide opportunities for quality improvement, and will provide a valuable set of data that will allow for valuable research
The operative template aims to capture all the information in relation to an operation that would usually be recorded in a standard operation report. This data can then be formatted and exported into a pdf operation report that resembles a standard operation report. With the introduction of EMR, it is possible to copy-and-paste the data entered in the Sunray Operative Template into the EMR Operation Report
