Surgical Preferences

• Email for gear (doesn’t like calls/texts)
• If there is a fellow list on the same day, send one email with his and the
  fellow’s patients all together; he will let you know regarding order/if a case
  isn’t appropriate for the fellow list (best to flag this very early so changes can
  be made)
• Gear variable but will often use Arthrex, medartis and wright medical
